Fees

Initial Examination Fee

The initial consultation fee includes a full physical examination of your pet in addition to a consultation with a veterinarian. Please contact us for the current initial fee.

Additional Fees

In the event that, upon the completion of your pet’s examination and consultation, your pet requires diagnostics, treatment and/or hospitalization, you will be given a written estimate and consent form.

Deposits

We require payment of the quoted estimate prior to your pet’s admission for treatment, diagnostics and/or hospitalization. Any additional balance is due, in full, at the time of discharge from the emergency clinic.

Methods of Payment

We cannot extend credit. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit, E-transfer and cash transactions only. Please note that we do not accept cheques.

If there is a financial concern regarding the treatment for your pet, please notify us in advance.

Pet Insurance

If you have pet insurance, you are still required to pay your invoice in full at the time your pet is discharged. However, we will provide the appropriate insurance forms to you so that you may seek reimbursement from your pet insurance provider as soon as possible.
