What to Expect

Routine Veterinary Services

1

Arrival

When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly, and we will provide you with paperwork to check your pet into the hospital. Upon completion of your admission, you will then be led into an examination room with your pet.
2

Pet Medical History

In most cases, one of our veterinary technicians will start by asking about your pet’s past medical history, their current condition, and the reason for your visit whether it be vaccines, a yearly wellness examination, dental examination, pre-surgical examination etc.
3

Examination

Then, one of our veterinarians will thoroughly examine your pet and ask you any further questions regarding your pet's medical history.
4

Communication

The Veterinarian or Veterinary Technician will then discuss with you a recommended wellness plan for your pet and answer any questions you may have.
5

Follow Up Care

At the end of your appointment, one of our veterinary technicians will come back to wrap things up and will provide you with any helpful pet care information and answer any wellness questions you may have regarding your pet. Our front desk staff will then schedule any needed follow up appointments.

Our Promise

Our goal is to see all our clients and patients on time, and although we do also operate as an emergency veterinary clinic, there may be times where the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible.

Emergency Veterinary Services

Depending on the severity of the condition of your pet, we will provide you with paperwork to check your pet into the hospital. Upon completion of your admission, you will then be led into an examination room with your pet.
2

Vitals

Your pet will be brought back to the treatment area of the clinic and a veterinary technician will obtain the vitals of your pet. Depending on the severity of the condition, the Veterinarian may also examine your pet at this time.
3

Pet’s Medical History

One of our veterinary technicians will join you in the examination room to obtain information about your pet’s medical history, current condition, and the reason for your visit, gathering data for the doctor. This medical history will then be shared with the Veterinarian.
