Initial Consultation Fee
The Initial Consultation Fee includes a full physical examination of your pet as well as a consultation with a veterinarian.

Additional Fees/ Deposits
If your pet requires diagnostics, treatment and / or hospitalization, a quote for the treatment plan will be provided to you following your pet’s initial consultation. Should you decide to proceed with the treatment plan we require payment of the quote prior to your pet’s admission to the hospital. Any additional balance will be due, in full, when your pet is discharged from the hospital.
Methods of Payment
Our hospital excepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit, E- Transfer and Cash. Please note that our hospital does not accept cheques and does not offer payments plans.
Pet Insurance
If you have pet insurance, please notify our staff. You will be required to pay for any services provided to your pet upfront and at discharge. However, we will submit any medical records or invoices needed to your insurance company, so you may receive reimbursement from your insurance company as soon as possible.
